Molding
Northeast Foam and Equipment has rigid molding foam systems that are used for a variety of applications. The density of the foams, as well as the reaction rate profiles can be varied to suit individual customer requirements. These formulations produce foams with a fine, uniform cell structure, and excellent physical properties. |
Typical uses for rigid molding forms are in taxidermy, electrical potting compounds, simulated wood parts, architectural decorative moldings, plant potting, 3-D archery targets, as well as void filling applications. One of the features of rigid molding foams, particularly in higher densities is its structural strength. This feature makes rigid molding forms useful in strengthening composite constructions such as fiberglass. |
We offer a large line of water-blown and HCFC 141B blown foam systems. These rigid and flexible systems are suitable for molding applications ranging from densities from 0.5pcf to 65pcf.

Simply fill the pots with foam and let sit for a moment |
Insert the plant (or tree) and let the foam finish hardening. You can paint or cover the hardened foam to hide its color. |
