Insulation foams use a froth or spray system, and are low density; ranging from 1.75pcf to 4.0 pounds per cubic foot.

One of the key features of the Polypro Froth Foam System product line is versatility. The Polypro Froth Foam System can be formulated to produce polyurethane foams with densities ranging from 1.75pcf to 4 pounds per cubic foot. Teaming up the Polypro Froth Foam System with our proprietary Foampro foam processing equipment simply makes the versatility in processing even greater. The Foampro equipment complements the processability of the Polypro Froth system, allowing a low pressure, yet thorough mixture of the 'A' component with the 'B' component. This results in foam that can be sprayed with a minimum of overspray, as well as pour in place foams for use in a variety of applications.

Polypro PF1070 is a low density void fill system designed for installation in perimeter walls in new home construction. This system has an ASTM E-84 Class II rating.

We have 2 popular foams used in spray froth insulation: Polypro Insul-Seal FR170 is ASTM E-84 Class II rated, while Polypro Insul-Seal FR190 is ASTM E-84 Class I rated.

We also have Polypro RM160 and RM200. These were designed for spa insulation, and both have passed the UL94HBF-1 test criteria.
