The Polyfoam series of foam dispensers can be set up to be portable. These units operate on a 110 Volt 20 AMP electric cicuit. They require require no compressed air and can be operated by a tank of nitrogen. (You can use compressed air to drive the gun, but nitrogen is still required to fill the tanks.)
Our entire fleet of returnable cylinders can be used with these units: 17 gallons, 60 gallons, and 120 gallons. The Foampro series has only one primary moving part. This makes maintenance a snap! We'll show you everything you need to know to keep your unit in top shape.

This gun is designed for Pour applications, such as foam in place packaging and artificial plant potting. Designed for reliability and low cost, this unit is easy to operate as well! This unit can move up to 15lbs of foam a minute. It requires no solvent flush - when you're finished using the unit, just turn it off. |

This system can be used for Pour, Spray, or Froth applications. It truly is the most versatile foam system, ever. It does everything the P3000 does and more! This unit can move up to 30lbs of foam a minute. Also designed for ease of use; when you're finished with the unit, just turn everything off. |

This system is for froth foams only. Typical applications include marine flotation, spray insulation, theatre props and sets, and spa insulation. What makes this system so EZ? It requires no compressed air! (Compressed air can be used, depending on its application). It's also very low cost - a complete system will run under $2000. This unit can be used with the standard returnable cylinders, and it can also be used as a replacement gun for the Polypro portable ProPacks. Click here for a closeup picture of this unit. |

A complete Polyfoam Foampro system, shown with: heating box, 60 gallon cylinders of the 'A' and 'B' chemicals, and a nitrogen cylinder. The wooden frame is one customers solution to keep everything in place. It is not part of the system. The unit can also use an auto-timer for repetive, metered shots.
